Now, Boyfriend Bingo has become one of the latest viral trends on TikTok after a number of girlfriends of gamers invented a special bingo game based upon what their partners are doing.
In recent weeks, a viral trend has emerged of videos of girlfriends observing their boyfriends doing various things while using a specially prepared bingo card to see if they can predict in advance what will happen.
While traditional bingo and its online counterpart-most of the time found on viral popular online bingo sites continue to entertain players globally, this new viral takes the game to a whole other level of playful and personal.
For example, there are several videos on TikTok of men watching football with their partners holding a bingo card populated with ways that the guy might react, such as jumping up from the couch, shouting at the referee, or the way in which they will celebrate when a team scores.
One of the offshoots of this trend is the creation of bingo games for watching someone play a video game and the most common of these is Call of Duty.
Call of Duty is an incredibly popular first-person shooter game series that is widely enjoyed for its immersive gameplay, cinematic graphics, and intense multiplayer battles. The first Call of Duty game was released in 2003 and it focused on World War II scenarios. Players had the chance to experience iconic battles and take part in military campaigns. Over the years, it has expanded into modern warfare, futuristic combat, and even historical recreations.
Each release of the game usually features a single-player campaign, where players become part of a larger storyline, as well as a multiplayer mode with competitive and cooperative gameplay across numerous maps and different modes. Many instalments of the series also feature a ‘Zombies’ mode, where players team up to survive waves of undead and it has become extremely popular.
One of the many users to find viral fame with TikTok videos of Call of Duty Boyfriend Bingo was katiedaylida. Her first video has attracted more than 2.1 million views. The card she created for herself contains things such as “they’re cheating”, “insults friend”, and “they’re in the spawn”. The card’s design is based upon 75-ball bingo, otherwise known as American Bingo, and it features 25 squares with a free spot in the middle.
While Katie failed to achieve bingo in her first video, she has since posted a number of follow-ups in which she is more successful, completing lines and shouting “bingo”.

If you want to join the viral trend of Boyfriend Bingo, then it is easy to do so. You just need a pen, paper, and a partner. Of course, it doesn’t have to be a boyfriend, it just needs to be someone you can observe doing something. However, the better you know them, the more likely you are to create a winning bingo card.
All you then need to do is draw a card and fill in each segment with something the person tends to do while playing. Then it is just a matter of waiting until they start playing and you can too. If you create a 75-ball bingo card, then you will need to think of things to fill 24 segments, which may take a little time, but it can be a huge amount of fun.
