If you are a bingo lover, a fan of 1990s Britain and are looking for a special way to bring in 2025, then Mecca Bingo in Dagenham has the answer. It is giving you the chance to kick off the new year with a Brit Pop bash thanks to Mecca’s Brit Pop Bingo extravaganza on Tuesday, 31 December.
As the name suggests, this won’t be your average bingo night. It is a 90s-themed celebration that’s guaranteed to have you singing and dancing the night away. Attendees will be able to enjoy the Ultimate Spice Girls Tribute, which will transport you straight back to the glory days of British pop. Whether you’re a die-hard fan of the Fab Five or just love the infectious vibes of the Brit Pop era, it is an event you don’t want to miss.

Tickets are just £10 for Mecca Members and £25 for general admission.
The doors will open at 9 pm, and there will be half an hour of music before the first round of Mecca’s Brit Pop Bingo. Then, from 10 pm until 10:45 pm, the tribute band will have you on your feet, dancing and singing. There is then another chance to win by playing bingo before the band returns to keep the party going into the new year.
